- D'Ambrosio, a student at Methuen High School in Methuen, Mass., was arrested early last month after posting lyrics referring to the Boston bombing from his amateur rap video to Facebook.
- The judge in the case agreed to delay D'Ambrosio's probable cause hearing until June 27 after the prosecution said Monday it wasn't prepared to make the proper arguments.
- On 7 June 2013, a judge ordered D'Ambrosio to be released immediately after the grand jury in the case chose not to indict him.

- Carter, who is currently on suicide watch in Comal County Jail near San Antonio, Texas, has been locked up since February. He faces a charge of making terroristic threats, a felony that could theoretically bring a sentence of up to eight years.
